More Chicks Dancing

I fixed the archive last night but it was so late I just dropped into bed. I’ve been so tired lately, I’m not sure what’s wrong with me. Work’s just wearing me out, I guess.

I made the mistake of renting Coyote Ugly tonight. I take back everything I said about Save The Last Dance. Coyote Ugly reminded me of what a truly wretched movie is like. It was easily the worst thing I saw all year, wretched in almost every aspect. The strangest thing about the movie was the repeated use of E.M.F.’s Unbelievable. They must of used it in four or five different scenes. It’s very much a bad 80′s movie. If not for the use of Kid Rock’s Cowboy, it would have been entirely scored with 80′s pop music. It’s horrible in every way… I don’t even want to waste any time slagging it. Just do me a personal favor and don’t watch this movie.

I normally go out looking for bad movies as entertainment… I think I’ve learned my lesson. Coyote Ugly has beaten me down and taken my soul. I’m currently cleaning out my brain by listening to Tom Waits really loud on my headphones. That always tends to cleanse the cortex. I stopped by my comic shop today too, picking up books for the first time in two months. Is $60 too much for two months worth of comics? I’m not sure anymore.
