K.O.T.D. – Jet Li Still Can’t Act

Saw Kiss of the Dragon last weekend. It’s not very good overall, but the ending is terrific. I mean, Jet Li beats up French people with the French flag. The only thing that would have made it better would have been him yelling “Egalite, Liberte, Fraternite” while doing it.

I also caught a Dodgers-Mariners game. Everyone in the stands was there to see the new Asian sensation, Ichiro Suzuki. My favorite was the fan that actually had an Ichiro jersey from the Kobe Orix Blue Wave, his old Japanese team. That was hardcore. He went 0-3 with a walk, and was generally unimpressive (that day, at least).

My arms are nuked to all hell from sitting in the afternoon sun at the stadium. Pink, burning and possibly peeling later. My first real sunburn ever, but it’s not really that bad.
